I CASED this from one of my fellow demonstrators, Kathy Hunt. Loved this idea the first time I saw it!
Thanks, Kathy for sharing your talent!!
This card is really easy to do. I used the Big Shot Large Scallop Die and the Bella Rose paper. You use a pattern for the dress, trace it out then cut out the “wings” to make the dress.
I used a smaller piece of Cardstock Vellum for the underskirt, about a 2′ x 5″ strip. I edged it with Dazzling Diamonds and attached under the floral dress, making sure it hung down enough to show well.
I topped the dress off with a strip of green ribbon, NOT SU. I used the Corner Rounder for the top and bottom right corners then edged the top, bottom and right side with Pretty in Pink stamp pad. You can use any “girlie” stamp of your choice. As I said, this is really easy to make and can be done with any patterned or solid paper.

Love the little dress..
I LOVE this card. I am definitely going to use it soon– I’ve been thinking of invited a couple of the staff wives over for a bunch in early Fall. I think this would make a perfect girly invitation. You’re so clever!
